PORT ST. LUCIE- Physicians Immediate Care, the larges tprovider of ambulatory and urgent health care on the Treasure Coast, is pleased to announce that Amy Ketcham, RMA, has been promoted to assistant clinical director.
Ketcham joined Physicians Immediate Care in March 2010 as a medical assistant. She was promoted to supervisor in 2012. Prior to joining Physicians Immediate Care, she was employed at the Flagler County Health Department and Florida Hospital in Ormond Beach. Ketcham is a certified drug screen collector and trainer and a certified breath alcohol tech nician and trainer.
As assistant clinical director, Ketcham will provide clinical supervision and be responsible for the direct oversight of clinical staff. She will ensure ongoing staff development and assist the clinical director with interviewing job applicants.
Additionally, she will monitor the clinical department policy and procedures which support the goals of Physicians Immediate Care and ensure that they are met. Ketcham also will be responsible for patient follow up.
